Professional Background

Hey there, my name is Ryan and welcome to my website! Before you get too far in, I’d like to talk to you a bit about my professional background.

I specialize in executing end-to-end, 508-compliant learning solutions. I have designed and developed multi-modal learning solutions, including: eLearning, VILT/ILT, motion graphics, infographics, quick reference guides, and micro-learnings. These learning solutions encompass policy updates, governmental regulations, soft skills, workplace safety, sales enablement, organizational change, and systems trainings, to name a few.

I have worked for companies that span a range of industries, such as retail, transportation, information technology, and biotechnology. Every company I've worked for has taught me new skills, approaches, and strategies - I carry these lessons forward, as well as my intention to embrace a growth mindset, as well as to be adaptable, resilient, and resourceful.

By identifying gaps and business metrics during analysis, I am able to create learner-centric solutions that are effective - and the numbers back this up! During my two years at Amazon (covering 120+ courses), I was able to achieve an average NPS of 72.22!
